Blade Power Boats Rigging
The rigging stall is where the remainder of the work will be performed. Forty-ounce marine grade carpet and headliner is adhered. A detailed rig order is created which will direct where and how all components will be positioned. The dash and transom are carefully laid out, cut, and all raw edges sanded and resin sealed. Then all components are methodically installed.
Everything, that can be through-bolted, is, stem to stern. Wire looms are custom constructed according to the rig order. Transom and engine compartment wire terminals are protected with adhesive lined heat shrink and liquid neoprene to form the strongest, most corrosive resistant electrical connections. Hoses, cables, and wire looms are supported by stainless steel cushioned clamps.
Silicone is applied between each component/screw and the hull to ensure permanent adherence.
